The treasurer is responsible for the collection of all taxes due to the city and for distribution of said taxes to their respective agencies. In addition, the treasurer oversees water billing, dog licensing, parking tickets, and all other payments made to the City of Plymouth.

The Treasurer's Office has recently begun a direct debit program for utility billing and tax payments.  In addition, you can pay your utility bills and tax payments online.

Important Due Dates
  • Summer Taxes - August 10
  • Winter Taxes - February 28
  • Dog Licenses Expire - December 31

Residents, homeowners, and realtors can also view their tax and assessing information online by accessing our online database of tax, assessing, and permit information.
