Polls will be open on election day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

All Voting Precinct Locations are at 525 Farmer, Plymouth Cultural Center.

The last day to register to vote in this election was Tuesday, October 10, 2017.
 
Absentee ballots for the November 7 election are now available in the City Clerk's office for those who will be out of the City on election day or those otherwise qualified to vote by absentee ballot.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The City Clerk's Office is the "keeper of all information" for the City of Plymouth.
The City Clerk's Office is usually the first place people go to with questions. They have a responsibility to: 

  • Maintain all official city records, including deeds, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Keep a record of all ordinances, resolutions, and actions by the City Commission
  • Provide public notice of all meetings at three separate locations, which include the Plymouth District Library, Plymouth City Hall, and the Plymouth Community Cultural Center
  • Provide passports as the Passport Services Manager 
  Apply for Passports - Walk in between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm 
 
  • Accepts and processes applications for persons interested in serving on any board or commission in the City of Plymouth
  • Provide licenses and permits as necessary for such activities as solicitors, mechanical amusement devices, peddlers, and taxi cab organizations
  • Provides Notary Public services
  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) coordinator for the City of Plymouth
  • Conducts all elections for the City of Plymouth
