Form to report an incident of passing a bad check. Must be printed out and sent Certified Mail to the person that presented the Bad check.

Parking Permit Application
Request a parking permit, for one or more vehicles for your home, to be able to park on the street. Must be printed out and copies of ALL vehicle registrations and Driver's license presented when it is dropped off for approval.
Personal Protection Order Instructions.
Must be taken to downtown Detroit to be filed with the Wayne County Clerk's office.
Pistol Permit Application
Apply to purchase a pistol or a hand gun. Must be printed out and presented to the Police Department, along with your Driver's license.
Safe Citizen Program
Information regarding the joint Safe Citizen Program between the City of Plymouth and the Charter Township of Plymouth.
If not otherwise specified on the form, you can
print it, fill it out, and turn it in to the Police Department by mail, fax, scan/email or in person.
