Go-Peds
Go-peds are not permitted to be operated within the City of Plymouth. Go-peds fall under the definition of a moped, however, without all of the accessories needed for operation (i.e. seat, rear view mirror, horn, handlebar height requirements, stop / brake light, front and rear brakes, and headlight) this type of vehicle can not be operated in the roadway and laws also prevent its use on a sidewalk.
