Tax Bills Due August 10th:
Summer Tax Bills are payable through August 10, 2012, without penalty. They may be paid at the City Hall counter, placed in the drop box at the Library located next to the book return or put in the drop box in the City Hall lobby if the counter is closed.
Special Payment Deferments:
Senior Citizens aged 62 or older, who qualify based on income limitations, and paraplegics, eligible veterans, widows and blind persons may defer payment of the Summer Tax Bill for their primary residence to the end of February 2012, without penalty. An application must be filed annually with the City Treasurer. Applications are available at City Hall.
