4th Annual Golf Outing
Golf Club and Ball
Come out, enjoy a day of golf, network, have fun, and help fund recreation programs, supplies, equipment, and facility improvements in the community during the City of Plymouth Recreation 18 Hole Golf Outing.

Thursday, August 8, 2013, 9:30am Shotgun Start.

For $125 per person you will get a cart (2 per foursome), golf, a door prize, awards, on course beverages, lunch, dinner, 50/50 raffle, prize raffles, and memories!
*Once again participants will be able to try their luck at sinking a hole-in-one and winning $10,000 towards a car or lease from Lou LaRiche Chevy!*

ORDER OF EVENTS
8:45am - 9:15am Check-In and bag assist
 9:30am - 3pm 18 Hole Shotgun Start (lunch will be served at the turn)
3:30pm Turn in Score Card at Scorers Table
3:30pm Dinner, Cash Bar, Awards & Raffle Presentations
To register, either register online, mail in the form, fax in the form, or come into our office and pick up a form.  The deadline for registration is July 18th.  Class #145101.01
